Close Counter to Halloween Henry or LA!Lyn?

So I have a -Spd +Res LA!Lyn and a -Def +Res Halloween Henry. I have a bad IV Takumi and i was wondering which one would be best to have close counter one.

I personally don't like the idea of either of them using it. Hold on to that fodder or give it to a Pain Healer. Don't waste it here.

Depends on your team, obviously. But for CC you need at least 30 def, so make sure to use owl tome with def refine. If your Lyn or Henry is only blue/Green unit for armor emblem, then give it to that unit.
