Close counter fodder when?

I know Winter Tharja is on a banner right now, but I think it'll cost more orbs than it's worth to pull her just for fodder. Whats the likelihood we get a Takumi banner soon? Or maybe a new unit with it? I used my free Takumi on Halloween Jakob, now I want one for Winter Eirika.

I'm expecting HF Xander in February's legendary banner. But don't be shocked if the new year celebration offers an opportunity to summon Takumi

Honestly, Close Counter and Distant Counter just need to be seals already. X3 Being able to give one unit that option won't break the game. It's just over due at this point.
