Clarisse vs Leon?

Just recently I pulled Leon with a +spd -def iv and I was wondering. Would Clarisse or Leon be better for a Fire sweep bow considering with Leon's IVs they have similar stats sort of. They would have the same builds and I haven't invested in either until I get all their skills then sp farm.
The build for 1 of them is
Fire sweep bow+
(Any assist)
Moonbow or Luna
Life and Death 3
B slot might be a breaker of choice or something not sure
Threaten Def/Spd
