Chrom or Lucina ?

Hello, with the entrance of F!Robin I think I need à dragon counter and I wonder which of these two is the best for you?
- Exalted Chrom
- Lucina

-Access to Horse Emblem buffs (or Tactic buffs)
-More defense

=Lucina
-Access to Tactic buffs
-More Speed

Out of the two, if I had to choose, I'd pick Chrom.

I vote Exalted Chrom 100%. Cavalry movement and buffs, and the buff from sealed falchion is just too good.

Though Lucina can run a psuedo-healer build.
