Why didn't you go for brazen atk/def (or atk/spd) and Sealed Falchion? You can get 5 more atk out of that and also not sacrifice your defenses.

Also, def ploy on 8 res? Even dancing Xander is laughing at him

It's not your Chrom, it's from the unit builder xD even the tag of the picture says so.

The IVs are perfect. However, this build is kind of lacking. The C-Slot will not work since he needs the Res stat to even ploy anyone, so I would replace that with Odd Attack Wave (if you have an Ishtar) or maybe Even Speed Wave if you have a spare Karla. Instead of Defense Ploy, go with Panic Ploy instead since he has a lot of HP to debuff his opponents.

I guess Vantage is okay since whatever hit he will take, he'll possibly one shot his opponent. I'm more of a Renewal fan since he'll gain 20 HP for every second turn, which can make for a great recovery.

Are you going to continue to build him? I just need 1 more to +10 mine. He’s great for killing dragons.
