What IVs are better form Virion? I have 3 of them (not luck with the new Roy):

+ATA, -def
+SPD, -def
+SPD, -res

His NEUTRAL stats at 40 (5*):
46 31 31 26 13

Depends on the build your running. I would go with +atk -def cause its harder to get attack than speed (weapon refinement)
