So should I stick with my Camus, Xander, +Res -Spd Reinhardt +2, and +Def -Atk Hector arena def. team? Or should I edit it with my most viable heroes: normal Brave Lyn, +Atk -Spd Effie +1, +Hp -Atk Eldigan, +Atk -Spd Tharja, +Spd -Res Julia, +Hp -Def Ninian, neutral Mae, Marthcina, and I don't know but a great IV Nino.

I would probably stick with what you have. Hector and Reinhardt are both huge problems to encounter in the arena. Your other group would be eaten up if the enemy team has a good green caster since Tharja and Julia aren't going to be as much of a problem in most cases as the two blues would be.
