Choice of Lucina

Just because I like getting as many opinions as possible I'll ask here too.

+HP/-RES
+DEF/-HP

Which would you go with?
DEF being a super boon would help a lot against physical braves which are common. And might work well for an enemy phase build.

But HP would really help with her role as a medic since she can heal a significantly larger portion of the cast all the way up. Plus this bane has less impact than the defense one.

It depends, do you want her to be a healer or do you want her to use Sealed Falchion? If you want her to be a healer, use the Higher one, if you want her to use Sealed Falchion use the bottom one for Arena score and so she has higher defenses against other melee units.

I'd be very happy with +Def -HP though it would slightly diminish her combat medic role if using Reciprocal Aid, Ardent Sacrifice would still fine.

That’s a tough decision. Both are decent IVs.

A +HP Lucina can make a good combat medic, and can also run Panic Ploy very nicely. She hits a massive 49 HP after her Falchion refine. I have a +HP -Atk Lucina who I use with Fury / Escape Route / Drive Speed / Panic Ploy, and I like her a lot. She’s surprisingly bulky.

+Def -HP I think would work with Sealed Falchion (which Lucina has access to after the update). She could achieve 34 Def independently, which is a lot - definitely enough to render that hp loss moot.

Yup one of those ones where you wish you could switch between ivs that have been merged into one unit like a skill.

Anyways I decided to keep the +HP one. Seems like it just has a larger number of ways to be be taken advantage of. Panic Ploy, Infantry Pulse, Medic, etc.
