Chill Speed Help

So I just pulled a F!Celica off of the bridal banner with +HP -DEF, I plan on using her over my +HP -ATK F! Celica... I know that she has chill speed and I'm wondering what kind of unit I should have inherit it. If anyone is willing to advise me on this matter, I would very much appreciate it!

Anybody that struggles to find a B skill works well with it, sometimes even if they don't have high speed, as it provides team support.

Firesweep users immediately come to mind, as they don't use too many B skills and greatly benefit from outspeeding their opponents.

I inherited Chill Speed to my F!Corrin, as she is +10 with too high of speed to run QR. Running Chill Speed eliminates the reason to run QR, because she can double insanely speedy units such as Ayra and Mia with the debuff (and with panic ploy sometimes reversing their speed buffs as well).

On another note, if Reinhardt is a main unit on most of your teams, it could be beneficial to run Chill Speed to help out the other three units on the team. He wouldn't benefit from it himself, but it would allow the other speedy units on the team to utilize the debuff without having to get rid of desperation or other important B skills.

I'll second the firesweep users. If I ever get a spare it's going to Soleil or Cordelia. Interesting use on Corrin.

This was an interesting comment. Is your F!Corrin +Spd? I can't seem to get one with that boon but would like to build her and have wondered if I could get away with neutral speed.

My corrin is actually +res -hp, so yes, you can get away without a +spd. (Couldn't find a +spd -hp one either) Although, I do use an earth blessing with robin to give her more speed.

Dancers and Healers are good examples

or Support units that just support and don't normally fight
For example Marth and Eirika

though you can inherit it to you fastest unit in the team but assuming that you'll be having that unit Desperation then it might not work out as well.

Though I recommend to Merge her.

chill speed is good for tanks that dont quite break any speed tiers or cant run wary fighter. really slow tanks like beruka arent ideal but someone like roy who is sort of a tank but has middling speed could really benefit from it.

other good options are firesweep units that arent breaking any speed tiers. my b.cordelia has an atk boon and life and death only brings her speed to 40 which doesnt do her any favors anymore. chill speed can actually remedy that.

another unit is a hyper offensive on with aether. because you arent running desperation, you'll need a way to keep them safe

You could use it with a Brave weapon to help secure quads, if that's your thing. I gave it to my +SPD Brave Sword Soleil, and there's very little that she can't quad.
