Just pulled another F Celica from the legendary banner. This one is neutral so I'm going to fodder off my -ATK one. I need help deciding who I should give her to (Don't say Brave Lyn)

- Soren (Neutral) Strongly leaning towards this one
- Spring Camilla (+HP/-RES)
- Innes (+SPD/-DEF)
- Bride Cordelia (Neutral) Not sure on this one since I was planning to make her a WoM support
- Takumi (Neutral)
- PA Inigo (+HP/-DEF)
- WF Hinoka (+ATK/-RES)
- Summer Frederick (+DEF/-SPD)
