chill res candidate

currently have a spare Scatria and want to give chill res to a unit other then reinhardt. current heroes i had in mind are
sanaki (def-hp+)
ursula
sonya (hp-spd+)
Fgrima (spd+hp-) in a flier team with Hnowi,Scorrin,Scamilla blade tomes
for now those are what i was thinking about but if anyone knows any heroes that can appreciate chill res more im open to opinions

I had no idea people put Chill Res on Reinhardt, lol.

The only person that really comes to mind for Chill Res as far as being the "best candidate" is Soren, and that's because of Wind's Brand, but if we're going by the units you have, then maybe Sanaki or Sonya.

Put chill res to a healer or a support unit that can give buffs to the team.

That way you dont waste the b slot in a offensive unit.
