Chill Eggs Interaction with Chill Skills
Not a question, but more of a public service announcement. I just tested running Fallen Celica along with Spring Sharena to see how Chill Speed and Muninn's Egg interacted with one another. I wondered about the timing of the applications of the debuffs, and thought that perhaps if Chill Speed reduced a unit's speed to a point where it was the now slowest unit (when originally it was the fastest), it would be hit with both effects. It appears, however, that the debuffs take effect simultaneously at the start of the turn.
Just thought I'd pass the knowledge along. I know it isn't Earth shattering news, but for those that can't test this themselves, it might prove useful.

Exactly. Basically I was testing if the fastest unit became the slowest unit after the effects of Chill Speed, would they get hit with the egg effect as well. This proves it is not the case.
I tried to fully explain my hypothesis, but I did a pretty bad job of it, I reckon. I cleaned up the original post so hopefully it is more clear!

I tried Hugin's Atk/Res chill effect along side ploy seals and chill attack. It went something like this:
Catria's off in a corner, Soren has chill attack and res ploy2 SS facing a B!Roy so the ploy will hit him on turn one. B!Roy has the lowest res on the team, so Catria's Huginn chill, will hit him for -5Atk/Def, and her -7RES chill will not affect him. Soren's ploy will hit him for -4Res, and his chill attack -7 will also hit B!Roy since B!Roy has the highest attack score.
What happened was that B!Roy ended up with -7Atk, -4Res, and -5 Def, so the highest debuffs got applied here (-7 to attack).
Tried it again with the Huginn egg(-5def) and def ploy2(-4def) and Huginn's effect was the one that was applied. The ploy and chill skills are also applied simultaneously.
