Chill Def on Alfonse or Anna

I promoted a Walhart, and I'm thinking of giving his chill def to Alfonse or Anna. I lean towards Alfonse right now.

My Alfonse has his def refine, brazen atk/def, and WoM. Anna has eff refine, fury 2 (will put Swift Sparrow when I get fodder), and Renewal 3.

Anna needs the chill more, but if she's not the support unit (i.e. you're trying to solo with her) she wants her teammate to chill for her. Alfonse has so much atk that he'll get through at least partially, chill def or not.
