So Celica not only gets Brazen Atk/Spd, the base effect also changes so that it applies no matter the HP she has left. That's super powerful. 5 damage after combat is a small price.

Cherche...well she was destroying people with brave axe before, and now she will super-destroy people and panic ploy for the team while she's at it. The only question is, is it worth taking a stat refine over panic ploy refine, and I think it will depend on the player. Panic ploy is 5* fodder so I would generally recommend effect refine.

Celica's refine just turns her into easy mode. Attack, take a counterattack, follow-up because Ragnarok's old effect gives you extra spd, KO. Now you gain 7 MORE atk and spd instead of having to figure out what to do about the recoil damage you took and your stat boost being used up. Desperation destroy everybody. This game just keeps getting more and more dumbed down - Garm + special fighter, Maltet + bold fighter, dazzling Peshkatz, arguably special spiral, and now this. Just trivializes the ability to think about the drawbacks of powerful tools.

Odin's Grimoire is a really interesting weapon. It does not favour a typical offensive strategy because it assumes an offensive reposition, after which you're probably in a position exposed to enemy fire. The only skill I can think of which really exploits this effect refine in a typical offensive manner is Future Vision, because Lucina doesn't give up her turn when activating this link. How do we take advantage of the link, then?
- use him as an enemy phase unit. Give him distant def or atk/spd bond (or possibly even close counter) and use him to move your glass cannon (which might be a melee unit) out of harm's way.
- fast manaketes like F.Corrin, either Kana, and +spd Nowi/Fae/Y.Tiki will really enjoy the extra stats when pulling Odin out of danger.
- use him as a support unit. Give him close guard or some drives, def/res link, some kind of bond skill, and a positioning assist.
