Is there a character who has gotten powercrept recently you wish had the spotlight for a bit longer than they did?

Takumi: The literal walking definition of powercreep.
Cordelia/Cherche: Both excellent fliers that have gradually been powercrept by strong units with opposing colors.
Legendary Robin: Strong presence until Summer Y! Tiki powercrept.

Who outperforms Cordelia/Cherche?
Sure Cordelia isn't the fastest blue flier anymore, but she still has the best attack while keeping the speed to back it. I don't think anyone has taken Cherche's spot yet, not unless you count her at completely neutral stats without merges vs her son.

On a flier team they're still relatively strong, but just the release of more armored units (Zelguis, Hector, and Hardin) makes them less viable in the current meta.

I wish Nanna could have kept the spot as one of the better healers, but then Maribelle and B!Veronica powercrept her.

Very true Nanna was never even the "best" cavalry healer, she was still slightly beat out by Elise. And then of course we all know how it went from there, along comes Maribelle and B!Veronica basically brushing them both aside. It's kinda sad.

I feel like Brave Ike is a great unit but his breath skill is just wildly more useful on so many other units that he doesnt see play anymore. With dragons running rampant, i think his time has past 😕

I disagree. He's slow and has built-in deflect all, and and a 4 charge aether due to slaying effect on urvan. Give him vantage and when his hp dips into vantage range against anything that doubles him, he's always going to take less damage due to urvans effect.

He's likely my favorite axe user, but the fact that hes stuck being the only unit with steady breath really puts a damper on most peoples desire to merge him. Same thing goes for legendary ike, only unit with warding breath, so its unlikely people will merge him.

Shoot. I remember summoning that man off of the first Hero Fest banner with amazing IVs. He carried my team so hard up until I started my Hana merge project.

I really like him, and I'm so sad that I can't use him in Arena anymore because of his being locked to 5-Star rarity. If I could, I'd +10 him and use him for everything.
