Changes I'd like to see!

To start with, I've been playing a lot of Dragalia Lost, and honestly it's just because of their halloween event.

I think FeH is in a weird place right now, where we have some really bad gameplay modes (relay Defense) and some amazing gameplay modes (TT GC) and then some modes that could be worth, but arent (Arena and Forging bonds)
Forging bonds typically would go under the bad gameplay type, but I think there is a simple fix it needs. Change the way rewards are given. Just make it like a currency system, so each character has a drop, you could trade that drop in and choose what rewards you actually want. Example: when you kill an opponent during the +Owain time, you're guaranteed 1 new currency per kill, first reward is at 5 currency, and it's like color coordinated shards, 10 currency is blank shards for all types, 20 for Crystal's, 25 for blanks... until 150 you get 5 orbs, 1 free summon.
Or, other option, new game mode structured like new maps, new objectives (protect the civilians, defend your base, onslaught) and you could receive currency in different ways. The main thought here was that you could add a treasure trade shop that would help a lot with variety and choice in rewards.

Oh my god I love this idea! It helps with the thing I think that is plaguing Heroes for a while: lack of orbs and high difficulties. I feel like IS is giving out less orbs and more shards, arena medals, and other stuff that we don’t need as much of. I have almost 20,000 arena medals, and I wish I could do something useful with them, maybe every 1,000 or 500 arena medals you can exchange them for an orb. And then, introducing lots more modes that are balanced and don’t require Abyssal difficulty and reinforcements to give a challenge. The idea of defending a small base is really cool, and I saw an idea a while back for boss battles where you can fight Fire Emblem bosses with your friends! If we could get these modes, maybe Heroes will get out of this... eh state.

Here's a change to Forging Bonds that I'd like to see. It would fulfill the base premise of the game (heroes from across the FE franchise interacting with each other) and be really cool as well. (I wouldn't mind the limited rewards if they got this right.)

Just have the units talk to each other instead of monologue at the summoner.

I think Forging Bonds definitely needs some kind of tweaking. Right now, it's too frustrating. I hate how which character you get points for is random, so if I really want to see one character's stuff, I'm SOL a lot of the time. Last round, I wanted to see Silas's stuff, but even when Silas was supposedly the boosted unit, I only got points for him like 1 or 2 out of 10 times. And then, the amount is random, so sometimes that one or two times would give me like 15 points. When you need like 1500 points to see all the conversations and (what was it?) a couple times that to max them out (get all the rewards), that kind of gain rate is unacceptable. It would be different if this was a 0 stamina cost thing like GHBs, but it's not. It's actually pretty expensive, considering that points toward the "bonds" is the only reward you get (aside from XP/SP/HM, which doesn't count since you get that for everything).

I like the idea of Forging Bonds, but it's just way, way too grindy and costs too much stamina for the grind. It needs to be fixed.
