Chances of past banners coming back?

Just like with the Spring Banner, do you think that last year's banners will return once again? And if so, will you be wanting to summon for them? (By banners, I mean the seasonal variants)

most defiantly, however, only the seasonal ones. I doubt other old banners will come back as most were quite bad. I mean compared to two of the recent ones, counter skills and the special cooldown ones other normal banners are kinda shit. I'm probably gonna go for the bridal banner purely because I want the spoon lance.
