My lucina has fury, desperation, hone speed and heavy blade as a seal as mine is +spd -hp, with summoner support.

Given the lack of greens your options would be Libra, Walhart (who wouldn't fit as he's an enemy) or Winter Chrom. Not sure how to build them. No green tomes in Awakening unfortunately.

For lance options:

Cordelia - All out offense
Firesweep Lance+
Reposition - To help other get around
Galeforce
Life and Death/Heavy Blade
Chill Def - to help her and Lucy deal more damage
Guidance - to help her teammates get around
Heavy Blade/Quickened Pulse - to proc galeforce more often/to get 1 round galeforce

Summer Cordelia - Tanky offense
