Celica/Reinhardt Question

This morning I was blessed to pull Celica out of her banner on the first try. The very next orb, I pulled a 5-star Reinhardt as well.
My Celica has +Def/-Res, while my Reinhardt has +Res/-Spd. Obviously, these aren't optimal spreads at all. Are either of these usable at all?

(Also while I'm here, is a +HP/-Def Linde workable?)

Don't know much about celica (don't care for any of the SoV heroes tbh) but those ivs for rein and linde are fine. Obviously not the best +stat but a speed bane on rein is what you want. As long as linde doesn't have -spd she's more than useable.

Reinhardt is fully usable. While +Res isn't that great, -Spd is actually the best demerit for him. He's my go-to for attacks as he OHKO's almost any non-green unit.

I don't have the other two, so I cannot comment on them.
