At neutral IVs plus bonuses from her refined weapon puts her at 58 atk and 45 spd, as long as she's beneath 31 hp. That's not taking into account any other buffs or passive skills. Your needs might be different, but I think that's pretty good.
Iono, with fury she only has more atk than superboon M.Grima (61) and more spd than superboon Karla (48) when the brazen is active. You think she might be ok?
