Celica +Atk or +Spd?

so I've been using a +spd Celica since I got her long ago when she first dropped and she's been great but recently I got a +atk one. Now I'm not sure which I should stick with. Anyone have any ideas?

I think +atk is really good :o At least, for me. She also got chill spd, then you can just give her a +spd seal :) although the same can go either way, to give her +atk seal.

Definitely +Spd. 33 Speed Neutral is horrible, while 36 at +spd is actually manageable (assuming you’re talking about regular celica)
