Cecilia: How to merge and what to go for?

I finally managed to pull some Cecilias and now I wonder what to do with her.
I have a -Def +Atk and a -HP +Spd one. Which one should I invest into? I want to go for 5*+10 because of her abysmal BST. I will run a Gronnbalde build with Vantage and I have enough Close range attackers to destroy enemy mages and so on.

This will be a super intense feather investment to make a 5-star +10 and will cost you 220,000 feathers total assuming you only pull 4-star Cecilia copies and not counting the 20,000 to ge a 5-star Nino for Gronnblade+. Add 2,000 more for every 3 star you pull instead.

If anything, I'd like to recommend that you make a 4-star +10 instead, which is the same (usually) as being a 5-star +5 for much less severe investment, only costing 20,000 feathers for Gronnblade+ and at most 22,000 feathers for Cecilia assuming you pull all 11 copies at 3 stars only.

To maximize her OHKO ability, I suggest +atk Cecilia. Attached is my build, which has been quite effective.

It will impact your arena score. Mages and ranged units all have lower stat totals that non ranged units of the same movement since they are more versatile and truthfully more powerful so the drawback is making it harder to get top arena scores.
