Trying to see if I can build a Henry. It seems CC is pretty much the only go-to, unless I want to go with a lame staple TA > Raven Tome (or a really mediocre Blade Tome user...).

Weapon (ideally Owl Tome though no way in fuck am I killing a Katarina for this). Otherwise, Ravens might be your go-to.

B: Quick Riposte/*Guard
C: Atk Ploy/*Spd Smoke
S: Close Defense/Deflect Melee?
Special: Bonfire/Ignis

- Guard would make him more of a duelist type, to outlast and heavily annoy his enemies.
- Between Bonfire and Ignis, Bonfire would be a garantee every encounter, whereas Ignis would need aid of something like a Pulse to activate on a first encounter. Thing is, even with something like 50+ effective Def (Hones + supports/Spurs), he's still not all that likely to garantee a oneshot. On the other hand, Ignis is just monstrous.
Building a Henry to make him good takes a lot of investment. If you are already considering killing a Takumi for him, I’d suggest just going all the way with it. Slap an owl tome on him, give him ignis, go CC/QR3/Spd Smoke and for a Seal, give him either a ploy skill or atk smoke. He would be a monster, but would require monstrous investment.
Funny enough, I got a +Spd/-Res Takumi the other day. I do like him, but I'm not exactly crazy about him... I like Henry more, regardless.
On the other hand, they really need to make Owl tomes more available. Katarina is probably my second favourite female character after Charlotte...
