Cavalry Team Help

Ok so.. Ive been playing this game since launch and I still dont have a cavalry team, I have flier and armor but I just hate meeting cavalry teams in arena so I just havent bothered doing one, but now with the GHB quests i need one.. so what units should i use.

Red:
Sigurd +Atk -Def
B!Roy +Atk -Hp (or +Hp -Atk lmao)
Siegbert +Def -Hp (or +Hp -Res)
Leo +Def -Res
3* Xander

Blue:
My pitybreaker Reinhardt +Def -Res (I have a 4* whos +Atk tho)
Hes the only 5* i have but i have the usual 4* Ursula, Berkut, Abel, Mathilda and others oh, and 3* Camus.

Green: (This is the one im really struggling with, all of these are 4*)
Frederick +Def -Spd/Neutral/+Atk -Def
Titania +Atk -Hp/+Atk -Def
Cecilia +Atk -Res/Neutral

Colorless:
Yeah.. I dont have a B!Lyn. (I've tried many times..) and I dont really care about healers.
