Cavalry Team help

I want to make a Cavalry team with B!Roy, B!Lyn, Abel and Cecilia (they're the best horses I have right now). The problem is that B!Lyn is +HP/-Spd and Cecilia is +Atk/-Spd. Is it worth trying to use these two or holding out for better options?

For Cecilia I'd like to use a raven build over blades, but for Lyn I'm unsure, maybe a brave bow so her speed is less important?

Those IVs are fine for Cecilia. She rarely doubles anyway.

Brave Bow on Lyn would definitely cover for the Speed bane, and you can always look at going back to Mulagir if you pull a different one. Mind you, even with the Spd bane, all the buffs on her along with SS are going to still have her speed up around 45-48 on initiation. So you could still run Mulagir if you wanted to (and give her the Speed +3 seal).
