Cavalry buffs arrangement

My team consist of Xander, Bladetome Ursula, Raven TA Cecilia, and Camus. Cav buffs fodder that i have:
-Hone Cav(1)
-Fortify Cav(2)
-Goad Cav(1)
-Ward Cav(3)
Imo hone and fortify can be inherited to other than ursula since she benefited from it the most. Other than that, i dont know the most effective composition to go for cav buffs. So how do you build your cav buff based on this team?

Xander fortify, Camus hone. Camus will benefit more of getting the buffs of defense if you use him as bait, blue baiters are better. Give the spur attack/speed to Ursula (can't remember the name ) and the other to Cecilia.
