A while ago, I pulled a +Def -Res Catria as a pity breaker, and I've kept her around, just in case. Needless to say, her new refine is busted on a Flier Emblem team. How's this for a Catria build to act primarily as a high def physical tank? Should I strictly be building for EP or should this MP build work to take advantage of the brave effect her refine gives? Keep a F2P (and really bad luck) budget in mind.

You can build a very Tanky Catria on a Budget
All inheritance is from Freely available units and it works well, I used to run this set before I pulled a Kliff now She runs Fort Def/Res. I'm still hunting for that perfect IV though.
Seal Atk/Def works well in her B slot here, but so would Guard or even something like QR.
For your IVs Brazen Atk/Def would work too, but I prefer the Omni-Tank route personally.
I used Seal Atk/Def on her B slot personally, but Guard would help her survive into Brazen range by avoiding triggering specials. QR just means if she can't use it she'll still be harder to take down thanks to Brazen.
That's why I left the B slot open, so many options that work it just depends on how you want to use her.
