Can't decide on a Green Armored Unit

Exactly as it says on the tin. I've got quite a few options just sitting around as listed below - any thoughts would be appreciated. They'll be on a dedicated Armor Emblem team with Zelgius, a +10 Gwendolyen, and Halloween Henry.

Hector +ATK -HP
LA Hector +ATK -DEF
Brave Ephraim +SPD -DEF
Grima +ATK -DEF
Winter Chrom +DEF -RES

LA hector.Has the best boon and -def won't hurt him much.

Grima has a really good boon and scores really well in Arena. You can fix with -Def if you give him steady breath or even Brazen Atk/Def. With SB you would also want Bold Fighter instead of Vengeful fighter. His downfall is that there are some pretty strong counters out there with both armor and dragon effective damage.

Ephraim is an insanely good unit and has some relative IV proof stats. +Spd/-Def is not desirable, but he will still perform extremely well in any situation.

W!Chrom if you have Bold Fighter fodder, if you don't Grima.

That's my Grima's nature and he is fantastic. He is a staple of my team. I used to use him with Svalinn's+Vengeful+Ward and eventually switched over to this and it's great.
