Candidates for Steady Breath

I have a -Atk +Def Brave Ike, so i want to inherit Steady Breath. My options ares:

- Zephiel+3 (Has Brazen Atk/Def)
- Legendary Ike Neutral (Has Warding Breath)
- Lukas +Atk -Spd (HAs Fortress Def)
- Nowi +Spd -HP (Without A Skill)
- Or merge to my neutra B.Ike

Any suggestion?

Not sure on Zephiel, Steady Breath isn't too great on Wary Fighter users if you're keeping that skill, and if you're really invested in Zephiel I think you'll want to run Distant Counter most of the time. It can make some of his sets stronger.

Lukas is an excellent abuser of the skill. With just Slaying Lance and QR he gets to Ignis, but add Steady Breath and you can Bonfire on every counter which is absurd. Still he's hard to position with stuff like Flying Nino running around the map, so it's all about whether you want to use him or not.

Nowi (or Fae or Adult Tiki)'s Lightning Breath Steady Breath Aether Quick Riposte sets are amazing. I wouldn't prioritize a +SPD IV but she's way more versatile than Zephiel or Lukas at fighting all sorts of different unit types.

Merging for 2 stat points or swapping 4 RES on hit for 4 DEF on hit doesn't get you much, I wouldn't fodder your Ike to a different Ike.

As far as the +Spd -Hp Nowi goes, I believe everyone was saying a while back that's the best IV set to take if your going to merge all the way to +10, though I never really checked myself.
