Candidates for Firesweep Lance

So I'm a poor f2p player who's been trying to summon ANY of the performing heroes for days now without success. I got up to a 4.5% pity rate...which was promptly popped by a +spd -atk Roderick. Boy, was I salty. I know +spd is good, but -atk leaves him at a paltry 28, which just doesn't seem like enough for a Firesweep build to me, so I've been trying to figure out who should inherit it. Here are some candidates I've come up with:

+spd -atk Oscar: Obviously still not great IVs, but he has the same speed and two more atk than the equivalent Roderick, plus he's absolutely rolling in SP thanks to the last Tempest Trials, and the idea of not having to grind for sp is really appealing right now. On the downside, I already have two blue cavalry nukes in Reinhardt and Blarblade!Ursula, so I don't know how useful he would end up being.

+spd -res Abel: More attack than Oscar, but less speed.

+atk -hp Cordelia: I really don't want to do this, because I really like her brave build and I already gave her Death Blow, but I could. I feel like a +spd IV would be better though.

Neutral Catria: Basically a Cordelia alternative.

Are any of these worth giving the Firesweep Lance to, or should I hold out for someone better? Or is there another really obvious candidate I haven't thought of?
