Can you not have 6 buildings on AR offense at all?

I tried making a 6th building to put on my offense, the Tactics Room, but it wouldn't let me put it there for some reason. It might of been in the rules page thing, but I probably breezed over it.

At the bottom of the 'place/remove structures' screen there's a counter, showing x/5 offensive structures placed, x/5 defensive structures, x/4 traps, and x/4 decorations.

As you get to place structures immediately after you build them without having to go to that screen, you could have easily never seen it until you actually hit one of the limits.
