Can you have Wrathful and Dazzling Staff effects on the same unit?

For example, you forge Gravity+ to have the dazzling attribute and then have Wrathful staff as your B skill. Is that allowed? If so, I think that idea has a fair amount of potential.

Ya it works

Should work. Should even be able to upgrade Gravity+ to both routes, but only have one of the upgraded staves equipped at a time.

Of course it works. It's part of the reason Healers have become Alot stronger than they used to be.
