Back again I see. :)
Brazen skills and Wrath work great together (and Brazen Def/Res 3 is easily available when you upgrade M!Kana to 5*). Threaten Def 3 helps with his damage output since he doesn't have too much Atk, and Atk Smoke 3 is still a good choice (though better on a DC build). Ignis is ok, though Bonfire might be a little better since a lot of Enemies will stay alive which is bad because of Wings of Mercy, which could screw you up completely. Good build overall though.

Yes, I am back lol. I’m obsessed with roy, and i’m trying to create something unique for him. Although, I don’t know what is the best options for him so I’m asking everyone to critque my builds for him. Thanks for the feedback

I love Roy too! It's just sad that Chrom kind of outclasses him (outside of Roy's good Res and a bit higher Spd)... Still though, if he's (one of) your favorite character(s), you can never invest too much into him!

And if you want to know, this is my Roy:
IV's: +Def,-HP
Weapon:Binding Blade (Eff)
Assist:Reposition
Special:Ignis
A:Steady Breath (Def+4 and fast Ignis if foe initiates attack)
B:Renewal 3 (to stay in Quick Riposte 5 range)/Guard 3 (since he won't get killed by normal attacks too often, his main threat are specials)
C:Threaten Atk 3 (to stay in Quick Riposte 5 range coupled with Renewal 3)
Seal:Close Def 3
If foe initiates, he gets Def+14, Res+10 which makes him a great tank (and Ignis nuke).

Test yours at Arena Tier 20 and tell us the results.
I need so much Roy and I can't get more copies of him to finish a red unit +10.
Currently he's +4 and got
+Atk/-Res (best IV so far)
Weapon: BB (EFF)
Assist: Reposition
Special: Aether (I have so many Chroms, Marths and Tharjas)
A: Distant Counter
B: Swordbreaker
C: Threaten Spd 3 (someday it gonna be Res Tactics 3)
Seal: Def Tactics 3.
I paired him with Legendary Lyn and gets +6 spd and +2 atk.
Making him a 39 speed beast, combined with threaten spd he'll get hit only once while striking 2 times and he will beat any green / red mage.
I wish I find -hp +spd or -hp +atk someday.
