Can Winter Cecilia be Effective Without Bold Fighter?

So, i want to build Winter Cecilia, but I don't have any bold fighters to fodder... All recommended builds require bold fighter.

Of the two user submitted builds, one requires vengeful (which I don't have ether), and the second has guard, which strikes me as very niche.

Do I have any other effective options for a B-slot skill?

Wary Fighter is your friend in these times my friend.

Since she has low speed Wary will allow you to cancel doubles and since her Defenses are pretty even, moreso with a refined weapon, you can make her a pretty nice budget tank.

I've been using her with Wary Fighter. Your best bet is to give her CC and put her alongside allies so she can tank and debuff an enemy so during her phase she can KO or chunk them with their lowered Def.

been using WF as well and it isn't bad for a budget set.. Still wondering about Rogue Dagger+ tho

Well, sounds like Wary Fighter is the way to go!

Yup. Wary fighter is pretty good on her, especially with atk smoke or spd smoke or both. If she attacks, she opens up big holes in the opponent defenses; if they hit her; she'll still debuff their atk so that she becomes nearly impossible to kill (while she charges up a massive glacies for a OHKO) or debuff their spd so that her teammates will have an easier time doubling.

QR and guard are also pretty decent options.

You might even get away with something funny like poison strike
