I'm a little confused on her refinement. Can some nice person explain it a little better lol ?
It basically gives her a spur buff =to a hone buff of the highest value of an ally within two spaces. Say there's an ally within two spaces that received her hone attack, when she gets in combat and said ally is within two spaces she'll get the +4 atk but as a spur like buff.
Eirika gets a buff to all stats during combat equal to the highest visible buff on her allies within 2 spaces. For example, let's say Eirika has an ally 2 spaces away that has a +4 buff to Atk through Hone Atk 3. Eirika is granted +4 to all stats, assuming this buff is the highest value within two spaces of her. I hope I explained it well enough.

So basically, for each stat, it checks if any allies within two spaces have a blue buff to that stat, and gives that buff to Eirika during combat. For example, say she's on a team with Nino, Reinhardt, and Brave Lyn. Nino is buffed for +4 in every stat, and Rein and Lyn both have Hon Cav applied. If they're all in 2 spaces of Eirika, she'll get +6/+6/+4/+4 Atk/Spd/Def/Res, since those are the highest buffs for those stats on each of her allies within 2 spaces
