Can Phantom Speed be used "against" Karla?

Been wondering if anyone used or tried Phantom Speed on any unit against Karla to nullify her sword eff since it compares speed stats, and if anyone has done so, does it work?

yeah it does

say Karla attacks a Mia (both neutral and at 40 spd) and Karla has Phantom Spd 3 effectively giving her bonus 7 damage.

works great. especially on a unit with sword breaker with 35 or better speed. also fire sweep sword breaker kills her also. with so low def its easy to kill her if you can 2 hit her.

My first thought was "close counter windsweep daggers" because I probably would never use a seal just to counter a single unit. They're potentially fast enough to dodge her doubles, too.
