Can my -Atk +HP Kana(F) be salvaged?

Pulled the worst possible IV combo, and scrambling to get another Kana F. If I can't, any ideas to salvage this?

She can still be a physical wall. Would something like this help? Steady Breath could be replaced with something a bit more...accessible, like another Close Defense.

It's a difficult order, but it's doable. You'd have to build her similar to Felicia, focusing on using her special as much as possible to cause damage.Krazy's build there is probably the best you'll find for that set.

Thanks for the feedback. That's the build I'm trying for, but a bit more budget. I got extremely lucky and just pulled a +Spd -HP F!Kana using free orbs from quests about 20 minutes ago.
