Can I salvage a +HP/-SPD B!Lyn for horse emblem?

I finally managed to pull a Brave Lyn, only to find out she's +HP/-SPD. Can I still use her or try and pull for a better IV? I plan on putting her on a horse emblem team so cavalry buffs should help her out. If you think I can still use her, any build suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

-Spd really hurts her offensive potential, so if you really want to use her then I think Brave Bow would be good since she would get guaranteed doubles and maybe Death Blow for her A slot to insure more damage.
