Can I merge refined Binding Blade into another Roy?

I recently found out I have a perfect IV Roy (+ATK, -HP) at 4 star and I have a +1 merged 5 star Roy already. The 5 star has more than enough SP to get the refine, but if I merge that into the better Roy when I upgrade him, will he learn the upgraded BB as soon as he's merged?

Answers

Yes. All skills (Even skills that aren't learned) from the earlier Roy goes to the new one. However the SP for the earlier Roy would go away, therefore I advise you to spend all his SP on skills then merge him into the new one.
