Can anyone tell me what IV's this Lyn is?

I have a Lyn from before I knew about IV's and I had merged her a few times. I was lucky and got enough for a +10 but I do not know what IV this one is. The last one that I just pulled is +spd / -def. I am not sure if that is better than my current or if i just merge the new one into the old one. Hopefully the old one is same or better IV bc she already has Ally and partner bonuses.
She has +5 hp and +2 to every stat and she has +3 attack seal...

Use Kagero Chart Damage Calculator. You can plug in skills and merge levels and figure out IVs from there.

Would neutral or the +spd / -def be better?

+Spd/-Def is better. Arguably the perfect IV spread for her.

With dragonstones dealing damage on lowest of def and res, and the aboundance of dragons and thus, the number of time you have to kill them, I would say that -res might be equal to -def in terms of viability

She's neutral. Did you pick her for free? Because every non-summoned hero is neutral (GHB, quests...)

-Def +Spd is far better, probably the best.

I totally forgot that she was the one that I started the game with!! That's why she was neutral. I am still learning.
