can 4* cordelia learn galeforce if its inherited?

I have a 4* merged cordelia and want her to have galeforce for my fliers team but i dont know if she can learn it at 4* if its inherited. I also don't want to burn a unit if it won't work

Yes. I 5*ed an Eliwood and then merged the 5* into a 4* for durandal, so you'll be able to do that with galeforce as well.

No you cannot inherit it. You must habe the donor cordelia learn it and then merge.

I think you can do that if you cannot afford to make Cordelia into a 5 star.
