Camilla's Axe effect

Ok, so today we've got new reforged weapons and I really want to use Camilla. I love that character and I want to merge her in the future.
I don't understand well the weapon and refinement effects. Can someone explain me? Also, what IVs are now good for her with this new weapon?

if you wait a day or two, im sure that her page will update and give an explanation.

Basically she give herself atk/spd +4 if near cavalry or flying ally, and gives them atk/spd +3 near two spaces with the refinement.
Gamepress says +spd/-Hp is the best, but is maybe too early to tell since she has some good defensive stats. Depends in how you build.

Oh, that's a cool refinement. I will use it, that's for sure.
About IVs, I have a 5* +atk -spe one, so for now I will build her for the future merge.

I have +speed -hp. She is amazing with her new weapon and definitely worth ally support her with flier unit or cavalry. Now, i just need to know the good skills that she should equip to make her more powerful

Man, I'm sad. Camilla will now replace Minerva because Drive atk/SPD in her weapon plus Goad Fliers is too much to pass up. +8/+8. Wow
