A few changes I'd make:
Steady stance 4 works better on units that will get doubled.
So a unit like Xander or Henry. So they won't be special bombed through their def.
Camilla +spd will likely at least avoid a lot of doubles. Especially in the right team setup.
You can use close defence to allow her to fight not only lance and axe units, but also dragon units.
Or fury to boost her overall stats
As for the other skills.
I'm not sure what the plan is, but if you go with chill def, you might wanna go for more support.
So the effect refine for the weapon and goad/ward fliers in her C slot. She'll still be able to fight, but she'll be able to boost her flying allies up a LOT with all the stacking boosts.
Adding in a drive seal works nice, but stat boosting (spd/def 2) is also fine
If you want to go for more combat, def is good for defence, just add quick riptose and a close def seal.
As an offence units take the spd refine, +3 spd seal, fury/swift sparrow and desperation
