I don't know why anyone thought Hero Fest 3 was a reason for them not to have a proper theme focus with them again. Hero Fest 3 is only available for a short time, even for new players. Admittedly, M!Grima would have been great to have on a banner instead, but even if you don't care about these 3 as units, they're still great fodder.
