Caeda - Galeforce build?

I want to build my Caeda (currently +8, +Atk-Hp) around the special Galeforce, however I dont know if it would be much of a good choice but I'm lacking a merged player phase unit. Any idea on this matter and on how should I build her? Since it has a long charge and she cannot take many hits I didnt give her DC. Plus her prf weapon already includes Flashing Blade so... I dont understand why there are so few builds with such special on her

With either Fury or Swift sparrow as a-slot, desperation as a b-slot and either a emlbem skill or a ploy as a c-slot, seal would be something like atk+3 or def-ploy or something. Quickened pulse can make some sense too if you think you won't get a lot of retaliation on your first hit, but I don't share that Idea.

I had to revisit and clarify this as I found out that Flashing Blade seal can only be given to Infantry and Armor. Sad.

{My Galeforce project set is +Atk/-Res (maintains middling physical bulk but is still usable against dragons), Wing Sword +Def (not +effect), Swift Sparrow, Swordbreaker, C skill (ploy, Flier buff, or Odd/Even Wave skill), and Flashing Blade Seal.

This triggers Galeforce on a large number of physical combats - any sword unit sans swordbreaker and anything that can return a hit that you can naturally double (assuming it's not something that you can one-shot, which is a few things).

And it doesn't depend on Quickened Pulse or Desperation, which is sort of a plus. The best Galeforce/Desperation sets have a Slaying Axe effect or some or other (or else they're Firesweep powerhouses but don't rely as much on triggering Galeforce every turn, unless they're dancer-dependent), and Caeda definitely wants one of the Wing Sword refines.

I have a spare Swift Sparrow (am wary of foddering it) but am currently running Fury and the +Effect refine. I don't like this setup too much. The Sparrow+Def refine combo gives me 1 more of all the relevant stats on player phase, more defense and HP natively and after combats on enemy phase, [?]...}

It's because she tends to be reliant on buffs or effective damage when using galeforce because it's harder to def ploy multiple opponents simultaneously and her atk stat isn't huge. People seem not to like buff-dependent strategies except blade tomes. I just find that to be the pattern in suggestions from this site.

Maybe also because it doesn't activate in one turn when she's in desperation, but firesweep Cordelia has a similar issue as does any firesweeper

Caeda (and Claire by extension) actually work really well with Galeforce due to having innate Flashing Blade in their weapons. They can run in and hit an enemy which brings their cooldown to 3, the enemy can hit back bringing it to two, and they can attack again and bring the cooldown to 0 for it to proc. Then they can skrt skrt out of danger due to Galeforce
