Considering her low attack stat, and quite fast speed, i think +atk is more useful than +spd. I mean, look at me with 3 caedas sitting there with -def+spd and -atk+spd iv, even on training tower they still get wrecked by axe unit. I currently raising my -hp+res one , so i cant guarantee if +atk will be good
