Tactics won't activate on infantry if you add Ike. So let's see...

Drive spd possibly? He wants to be receiving tactics, and both Ophelia and LA Lilina are slightly on the slow side for offensive mages

Based on Renewal, you’re playing him so he’ll have high HP. He could pull off Panic Ploy.

Based on the Bond, he’ll tend to have allies around. He could use ATK or SPD Smoke to reduce threats to them.

And if it’s an infantry team, Infantry Pulse/Rush/Flash could work.

If all the above are too rare to find in your barracks, there are always the classic Threatens.

I like the panic ploy idea might try that if I have fodder for it
