Builds for Sonya and Saber

I've got an -Hp, +Res Sonya & a -ATK, +Spd Saber and have no idea what skills to give them. Any suggestions on builds for them?

This is the build I use for my Sonya, and it works out painfully well. With Dance support, she can practically wipe the top TT tier.
Mine's +SPD/-DEF, though yours should be able to work it well.

That's a good build for her if +spd. I'm not sure if Fury+Desperation is good for other IVs of hers though, as 34 Speed with Fury leaves you well out of doubling range on lots of units, making Desperation a bit of a wasted skill.

For the original poster, given your Sonya's IVs, I would suggest the following:
Assist: Draw Back
A Skill: Mirror Strike (Budget), Darting Blow (Alt Budget), Fury 3, Death Blow 3 ($)
B Skill: Green Tomebreaker 3, Vantage 3, QR2
C Skill: Atk Ploy 3
Special: Moonbow

Assuming you plan to use her arena, I really think you need to either run Green Tomebreaker or QR2. Green Tomebreaker will let you survive a +spd Nino (assuming she runs her normal Desperation set). QR2 is better if you are struggling with speedy blue mages.

I do not like Fury with QR or Breakers, particularly on -HP IVs. However, you can run it if you think you're only baiting once. Otherwise, her default skill is fine, Darting Blow fill enhance her double rate and help reduce doubles on counter, and Death Blow is really just there if you hate orbs and feathers. It is better spent on a brave weapon/tome user; but obviously will make Sonya hit even harder on player phase.

Atk Ploy is a no-brainer given your IV set. Draw Back is my default for ranged units. Feel free to run whatever you like.

Res based specials would be awesome on any Sonya, especially yours, but I would personally rather save the SP and skill fodder and run Moonbow, which will proc more often and help you take better advantage of Dark Excalibur. I tend to prefer Glacies and Iceberg on the Julias and Sanakis of the world, not Sonya.

Here's my build, same IV's as you (though I recently pulled a second -hp/+atk I plan to merge the +res into).
G Tomebreaker is great on her, but in TT, it really only works against the final boss Sonya.

Others have answered for Sonya... I'm afraid that Saber is a bit harder with those IVs. He loves +SPD but hates -ATK. Normally, I'd recommend relying on a Special to compensate but that would require a lot of inheritance as it goes against his base kit of Shield Pulse and Aegis. I'd probably use him as SI for Slayer's Edge or Shield Pulse, to be honest.

But if you are going to use him I'd probably run something like....
Weapon: Slayer's Edge
A Slot: Fury
B Slot: Swordbreaker
C Slot: Threaten Defense
Special: Moonbow

Boring, I know, but that bane is pretty limiting. I love Shield Pulse but I think it's better on units with more offensive presence. Saber really isn't it's best user, especially at -ATK.

My Sonya has the exact same IVs and I run:
(I'm F2P)

Special: Iceberg
Support: Reposition

Slot A: Mirror Strike 2
Slot B: Green Tome Breaker
Slot C: Res Ploy 3

Seal: HP + 3 or ATK Ploy 1

Iceberg is great with Sonya's 35 RES and with the combination of Mirror's Strike's +4 RES (and Dark Excalibur's effect allows her to nearly double the damage when the special activates.

Reposition is to help teamates move out of danger zone.

Green Tome Breaker helps with enemy Julias and Ninos.

Res Ploy 3's -5 res helps deal more damage to enemies in cardinal directions (vertical/horinzontal)

The seal is up to your needs or what you have available. I'm still expertimenting but What I use is HP + 3 which can help offset the -HP IV or ATK Ploy 1 can help lower an enemies attack and hold out longer from enemy magic attacks. She'll still be quite frail to physical hits.

Overall this build is great in tempest trials and for arena I've found it useful to check green and blue mages effectively including Reinhardts
