Builds for the refined units (Robin&Ogma)

Kinda wanted to share what I've come up with for the builds of these two.

These are the most appealing for me to build.

I'll post my reasoning here, but the builds below. So you can comment on them. The weapon slots are empty since the builder doesn't have the refines yet

Ogma was already a good unit, but now he can push out aethers quite well and has great killing power. This is more an enemy phase bruser.
I picked the best IV I had, so that's why I went with QR. If you have a better speed focussed build feel free to share.

Robin is for pure support reasons.
Buffs, drives ect.
Maybe I should go with TA and another IV.
I wanted to try and make him more allround, but that's probably a wasted effort.
One thing of note as a raven user, is that Robin gains 3 attack due to the difference between a normal raven tome and his unique tome

I am not fully sure about picking Ogma over Navarre, so I'd love to see a build for him.
