Builds for a pity breaker

You know it's really funny. Just imagine this scenario: trying to farm orbs, finally scraping 5 orbs in hopes of summoning H!Jakob, praying to the (real) male Grima thrice, clicking summon, no colorless stones, selecting the one stone where you never get 5 stars in, impatiently tapping the screen, a new hero I see? exalted chrom.......trickery, eh?

He's -Spd +Def. I really want to build him along side my OTHER pity breaker Legault. Legault has the same IV's as Chrom. So any builds for both of them? Please pray for me so I don't get another trick or defeat.

With sealed falchion, exalted chrom pretty much NEEDS fury (luckily in his base kit). Past that his standard aether/desperation/brash assault seal build is what I use and all you really need, along with attack tactic as I run him on chrom emblem.

For Legault if you want to invest in his def it's actually decent with the boon so stuff like sky maiougi can be good (and you can even use, for example, sturdy blow + renewal and grab the moonbow from Athena while you're at it) because he has already enough spd and his atk and HP are slightly better than Saizo's.

I personally would probably leave the sky maiougi for Saizo and fodder the atk tactic in anticipation of a better IV.
